Please dont take this the wrong way, but personally the aft fuselage looks a bit odd to me. can i get a second opinion?

Theres two types of rear fuselage on the Javelin. Earlier marks without reheat had the tradmark "pen knib" tailcones, a little like the TS2, later ones (Mk8 9 and possibly Mk7) had a rear end more looking like a Tornado. I think there are a further variation on nozzle length and also nose length. Check Damien Burke's pages on it, they are very informative.

Not at all, theres plenty I dont I know about a lot of types and if you've only ever seen/remember one version, an easy mistake to make.
