It took me a while to work it all out. I started painting Mike Stone's models where there was a simple all white texture with panel lines.
After re-inventing myself several times, I figured out the layer technique. As you say it means that it is possible to re-use some textures in subsequent paints.
And CP, don't be afraid to duplicate my repaints. It gives people a choice as to which scheme they prefer - I may have been re-painting longer than you, but no way does that make my efforts better than yours.
The challenge is to do that Loganair logo (and get it the right way round on both sides like I did not - thanks Garry :redface: ).
