Just have a quick look, sat here in my lunchtime, I know what 1, 2 and 4 are, but not sure on the other two. 4 is something that I wouldn't mind trying...one of the few I havent been in ;)

I got 1,2,4 and 5 very quickly but the awkward one for me is number 3. I have little reference here for that period but there were one or two suggestions I had....but the fact that the fin is partially obscured does little to help us but what is visible looks sorta DH to me. However, there are those large balanced ailerons without which a few other possibilites could nail it..... :dunno:

Pity the shot gives no clue as to the cockpit/crew arrangement....just a guess that it is 2-man due to the two bods at the front. The engine exhaust is a bit of an unusual one as well......top marks to whoever correctly identifies this beastie...

Regards.

Got to admit that the 'Alliance' was a new one on me...... It had a disticnt DH flavour to it but it was the ailerons that did not fit that idea...

Glad it has been revealed at last.....been a tricky quiz that one Trev... :dancer:

It has almost an AEG or Rumpler look to it especially with the exhaust ....

I admit it had me stumped :(

Great Quiz :)
