I respect anybody's work because I couldn't do as well, but sadly this chap does not respect that of others.
As with his November 2006 release, he is using gauges of mine that were released with the following notes in the readme:
I did indeed release those alternative files, and at that time I wrote and gave him the names of those alternative files but he has not acted upon that. I have done the same again today over this new release. [EDIT: the email address he gives in the readme file is a fake so writing is a waste of time]
I don't care whether the model is good or bad, British or foreign, high or low poly - I would help this guy if I could but he seems closed to communication. It seems a great shame if all the work he has done on the model is consigned to the great waste-bin in the sky to never be seen again.

There was a good reason for this, the files contained items of others' work for which I alone had permission to distribute.They are not for use or distribution with other panels or models. I shall shortly be
releasing a separate file of similar gauges for general use and distribution.
