Sorry to keep referring to cinematic links (see Comet 1 thread) - but wasn't one of these in civilian markings used in the opening shots of 633 squadron as the getaway plane for the Norwegian Resistance guy? I particularly remember the triple tail.

Hi Guys
New poster here- names Dave and I'm posting to say thanks for all the kind comments about my new Miles Messenger - much appreciated !
Sorry about not including precise instructions as to what to do to activate the .cab files from default aircraft ! - completely forgot because some time ago I moved them into my default gauges file, so of course the problem never showed up for me. Blame Leif for hassling me to get it posted !.
BTW I think you're right - the aircraft did star in that film.
A query - has anyone got anything like a cockpit layout, pilots notes etc for a Miles Gemini ? I know the panel layout is very similar to the Messenger but should have two of most things for the engine controls & gauges.
Cheers CHEERS
Dave M

A big welcome Dave.I suspect that you will soon find yourself seeing this site as a virtual home from home.As a fully paid up member of the home for the permanently confused,I ain't quite sure about the method for filling in the missing instruments in your Messenger.Could you post something here or maybe PM me?Best Wishes EricT

As per the install instructions, I have found that the gauge Cab files for the DH Comet, Piper J3 Cub, Douglas DC3 and Lockheed Vega panels need to be copied to the Messenger panel - fills up the "holes"

Hi Kiko
It is not a texture issue
There is no pilot in the model ;-)
