Hi Eric
I'm in West Bridgford, south of the river. My pal who lives at Watnall ( just west of the airfield ) tells me that they are stopping testing at Hucknall and moving the facility to Kentucky USA. So, maybe the tower will be removed in the near future. I don't feel so bad now about you guys 'excluding' it :) .
Of course I still blame Leif - if he hadn't hassled me to post the scenery it would have been issued later without the tower and saved me a day's build-time in my beloved GMax :@ .

Yep, DaveM's right, we read about in R/Royce post last week that the outdoor test rig was being phased out and moved to a new indoor facility.
Shame but you have to admit, it's a darn site safer for the local inhabitants, considering the size of the monsters we produce now!
