Looking superb Henry......Any Beta Testers from this site will give you an honest judgement you can rest assured as any critisism would be of a constructive nature....from what I can see with your progress so far on this project you are capturing the atmosphere of the little Turbulent very well.

Well done that man.. :welldone:

Regards.

I'm free to beta test if you have a FS2004 version of your D.31. :worried:

I would offer to Brian, but I have my hands full with a pair of twins, one big one little, but both rather nice coming down the tubes soon.

Sure, after all it is here i got most help and also shown most interest. Today i received a kind and friendly e-mail from the owner of G-ASPU Mr Allan Usherwood from Australia that he will provide me with photos from his plane after sending the SABC at Serpentine Airfield a question if they could help me with some photos of the former G-ASPU now in Australian registration. Now i can do some serious detailing :)

Quote from the SABC site:

[Originally built in 1960 and owned, now re-owned and operated by member Allan Usherwood.

Allan originally built this aircraft many years ago and it first flew in 1966, but sold it when he moved to Australia. April 2005 saw Allan return to the UK to purchase his original aircraft (G-ASPU), and bring it home to Serpentine ]

You can see it fly in the link provided in my latest post

Cheers

Henry

I got a sound file for the Gypsy from a very nice gent named Don Putnam, who seems to have access to alot of aircraft that
he is prepared to sample for one and all, Amongst them is ........A Turbulent, he says he will sample it through as many phases
as he can and send the sound file on - is there anything specific you need recorded??? like that funny "wehump" noise the Half a VW makes when its propped but doesnt fire?

Im going to point him in this direction and have him say hello when hes registered, He is also tying to find someone with a
Cirrus (like prehaps an Auster) that he can sample for Dave Molyneux's up coming Gemini, really a nice gent.

You all make him welcome here :)

Cheers to Mr Don Putnam :) Every sound from the Turbulent is more than welcome, i don't know specifically what i need, but it would be wonderfull to recreate all phases for the Turbulent engine.

Cheers :)
