You need to come over to our show in Novemeber its always bearable and the Tbirds always put on a great show, Rumor control has it that the Tonopah Mig29 is back airborne and may visit Nellis this year - wish we could get a 'Phoon over.

Anyway if you guys can make Vegas in Nvemeber Im sure St George and I can spring for a few jars

Oh yes Allegiant will have an MD80 on the ramp for the kiddies this year and one of our captains will be at least
have his JP5 in the static park if not in the airshow (<---busy making brownie points with said Captain)

In a perfect world I'd get up there for it, but my dear wife is due that month with Beeny Mk.II and think it might be best to stay close to home around then...

Next year could well be an option though. Cheers for the offer regardless.

Cracking shots Steve,

After my first Air Show since moving to this side of the Pond the other week at March Air Force Base I did find myself running to get my follicly challenged skull into the shade as much as possible, and almost became almost nostalgic about those damp Air Days at Culdrose during my childhood!

Good to see the little one enjoyed herself.

She loved it, and I think I may have created an early fan as she asked numerous times since then to "go see avions" (she's learnt the spanish word first). For all that heat, it was a day's good work! The only downside is she's now always trying to her her little hands on my Airfix Sea Hawk which I'm using for reference at the mo - she is oddly concerned about the 'man in it' which is cute.

Anyway, yes, Sketchy I have to agree, the gloomy weather of home seems rather appealing when you are trying to have a good air show!
