Same here, I videod the race but lost all interest when I heard on the BBC news that McLaren had yet again become the patsy for the stewards.
I have followed F1 for a long time but I have given up. It is a sad for me but until F1 becomes more sport than inter-team politics I have no further interest in it. There is plenty of other motor sport to watch without the hystrionics.

That's true mate. It was even reported on the box Kimi saying that he had no intention of coming second to Lewis.. he would either win or crash and as it happened, he crashed.. later! With both drivers running at this level of conviction, it does seem rather twee to penalise the other one later. You get the feeling the 'F' in F1 seems to stand for Ferrari and not Formula :roll:

Yes you do and i think that FIA stands for Ferrari International Assistance, I haven't watched F1 as much as i used to years ago before a certain German and it moving away from being a sport to become the politics and farce it is now.

Well I won't be watching it.
I will however have a constant stream of helicopters flying over my house this weekend. I'm sure they use it as a landmark. "Just head north from Linate till you pass over Jon's house then turn slightly for the Autodromo. The lower the altitude the better". :roll: :roll:
Back on subject. I watched the Belgian race on ItalianTV which is by default Ferrari biased and the commentators enjoyed the end of the race and immediately said that Hamilton had done nothing wrong as he let Raikonnen pass. When their guy talked to a member of the Ferrari team to ask what they were protesting about the the Ferrari guy looked embarrased when he explained the protest, as if to say "well we always protest if we don't win".
I saw Montezemolo the president of Ferrari quoted last year as saying that Ferrari will win either on the track or in the courtroom it doesn't matter which.
What's the use of watching a race if the winner is decided hours or weeks later by a tribunal.
