I think that from a production of only 10 aircraft, the one at Cosford is sufficient to remember the type. I hope that the last flyer will be preserved too, but I am not holding my breath.
They were never the best aircraft, but they were (and until recently still were) better than anything else the RAF had, with the turbofan engines of 10 years later, they would have been great. I am just pleased to have had a few trips in them, in thier heyday.
