Sincere thanks to all of you for your best wishes on the 49th. Anniversary of my 21st. birthday. 
I can report that I had a truly remarkable day. Having just returned from York after picking my daughter up, sitting down for a well earned coffee, the doorbell went and there on the doorstep stood my son who had made an unannounced arrival from Toullouse where he is working on the new Scarebus. Gobsmacked would be the only way to describe it.
Fianlly, I cannot report that I am in no pain at all, after having had a good look at a litre bottle of Glayva.
All in all, a truly memorable day, full of surprises, and the week-end will be rounded off very nicely by a visit to the Leeds Grand Theatre to see Gervase Phinn.
Once again chaps, Many thanks.
Normal service on the humour front will be resumed tomorrow.
