Just downloaded it and noticed that the Gauge file is a 'bad' version. The altimeter is corrupted.
Have got a replacement Gauge file and will upload it to Simshed later ......and post a link.
Also the VC layout does not match the 2D layout. Will have a fiddle and possibly upload a different Panel.cfg

I'll let the UKMIL Beta testers do ther work first as they will probably iron out most of the errors and inconsistences. Once it's gone past Beta I'll give it a check over
