Yes, the Wyvern is

Code: Select all

What I find particularly galling is that it's not even an attractive website.

Hi Folks

Skippy -
Only a guess,
but looks like he's got multiple accounts -
dyuxpw.blu
gxknvg.blu

Any others you can see ?

You'd need to report them all.

As a start,

5sqsea

qp9eng

dyucpw

hpve4a

dyudpw

65r66

not totally sure how they relate to the SkyDrive account/Windows Live account etc. i.e. whether it's multiple accounts or one account with multiple ids etc.

Quick update, just received an e-mail from Microsoft Global Escalations saying they've disabled the Skydrive account associated with the copyright issue. Having also just gone to the updated and indeed poorly designed Nor-Cal site, the Wyvern and Dave G's Beaufighter have gone along with a lot of other stuff.

Well done Skip & Rich

I hope that as time prevails you will make life even more uncomfortable for them.

Hi Folks

Funnily enough
I was wondering about the origin
of a recently AVSIM posted NorCalPC model/repaint.

Did a google,
and this very CBFS thread popped up.

Despite MS pulling the plug on NorCal's SkyDrive,
it only stopped them temporarily.

Anyway -
Went to look at NorCalPC
and was surprised to see their "Recent Forum Posts" block
containing a thread titled - Hawker Siddeley HS.748

Maybe time to complain to webs, (parent of freewebs.com).
They've a fairly stringent copyright abuse policy.

Hi Skip

they have stolen most of my stuff and bombarded me with Abuse on a few forums.

they even pinched my Foxbat that was limited use through Horizon Simulation.
would be ok if they improved the files but all they do is cock everything up then i get the support e mails.

None of them seem to have a clue what they are doing but appear to want their name in lights but don't have the talent required.
Regards
Rick
