The word was that she was to be dismantled and moved to East Fortune, and a new hangar built as well :o

I guess the RAF scheme is the only way she'd be allowed to stay at Cosford :dunno:

So long as the scrap man is kept at bay, I for one can live with the deception.

The Britannia holds the record of the most number of Dowty C5175 magnetic indicators squeezed into one cockpit, about 60 in total :o The design coincided with the invention of the type. Add on the two position dolls-eyes and it's about 80.
