Paul K wrote:Well to be fair, the story hasn't just surfaced years after the event...its a recently declassified MoD document. As for the witnesses, how long do you keep telling all and sundry about it, if nobody else wants to listen anymore ? Its an interesting photo, you've got to admit.
Well, apparently the Record never ran the story.. why? Plus, other links say that's a drawing - not a photo... now, If I saw the alleged real image as opposed to one that looks like a dodgy drawing, I might think differently....

Now that definately looks like a drawing from an eight year old kid!! even the wings aren't normal

As for UFOs' there is no reason why life should not be in existence 'somewhere' within or just out of our Galaxy, why not? Out of all the stars it just needs one like our sun to be relatively the same distance from a planet to give the right conditions for life.

Now everyone, stand in a line and say after me......I BELIEVE!!..........I BELIEVE!!......Image

I used to be an optimist but with age I am now a grumpy old pessimist.

Come on Dave, you must be looking at the other side of the photo.

Wearing my tinfoil government death ray deflector hat (available from Lidl this week only with any roasted chicken), I can see quite clearly.....that it's a hypersonic thingy made out of last night's deep-fried haggis leftovers.

Well, if you travelled millions of light years and asked, "Take me to your leader" - and got site of - Thatcher/Major/Blair/Brown or Gawd help us Alec "where's the photo opportunity" Salmond - would you bother hanging around and putting any money in the parking meter?

At least Maggie would have scared them away, instead of the others having them laughing like the aliens in the Cadbury's Smash ads. :worried:

Anyone remember the Spitting Image sketch about the Cabinet having lunch where the waiter asks her what she is having.

She replies, "Roast Beef." Then the waiter asks,"...and the vegetables.." to get the reply "They'll have what I order."
