May be a wind up Garry but could there be another reason for him making such a statement like that......a free mention/advertisement for his airline due to a global downturn? :think:

As the media is stupid enough to print all that b*llsh*t, O'Leary keeps saving money everywhere -
Why should he be paying for advertisements when he can get a free coverage?? ;-)
Basic message: "if we can save money that way, we'll do it."

Going out straight with a new headline every week:
Last week I read about Ryanair planning to let passengers load their luggage into the aircraft themselves! :lol:
And again: "if we can save money that way, we'll do it."

So here's my suggestion for the next headline:
Ryanair plans to replace pilots by passengers.
"FS9 should make it possible. Ahm yes and if we can save money that way, we'll do it."
