I will keep my fingers crossed for the weather (and serviceability) then Rich

I am sure if people know you are bringing your wonderful Yak-52 along, more forum members would be interested in coming along to meet you and 'her'.....or should that be 'him', being Russian  .

Considering I'm just up the road from Denham, I'm up for that if you still want a back seat passenger. :flying:

Gender is a tough one Trev - any radial needs pampering like a lady but makes a mess like a bloke. Perhaps a 6ft Russian shot-putter in a dress is the best analogy (albeit one you didn't really want).

Ant1981 - sure - we have the makings of a plan

I might come to this and see Rich's Yak 52 ( One of my favorite aircraft ) by the end of the day I be wanting to get a payware Yak 52  but I have to come by train ,

When coming to Shoreham Rich could you do a flyby?

Regards
James

Well I can but ask the ATCO on the day and see. Some airfields do explicitly say 'No aeros in the ATZ' or 'No run and breaks' etc in their notes, but a fly past down the centreline at circuit height could be ok unless its chaos in the circuit with training etc. At least at Shoreham you join overhead so you'll definately hear a 52 before it lands. Flight 1 responded and said they're interested anyway - so on paper it looks good. There are a few other people I'll mention it to who might be able to bring some unusual aircraft over. Unfortunately none of them are British however - but maybe those gaps can be filled from elsewhere  You know who you are !

Fear not Ant, you responded first ........ Tony followed up and made first reserve. I PM'd Tony to make alternative arrangements since he's close and keen too. I'll catch up with you nearer the time to firm up plans.

Cheers
