Silvio doesn't need an excuse for a party.
Although we're almost neighbours he's never invited me to one of his parties. So I'm not inviting him to my next barbecue. . . . . . that'll show him.

you've been colonized.....
besides....

ok I know I only made changes to the day and month ,, but the year, the year mate
how many times does that happen, I didn't bother typing in yy/mm/dd because it was so obvious.

Yes, I have been in the Colonies a long time now, so some of it has rubbed off. Oh, not to be picky but 'british' does deserve a capital letter, at least in my book. They may need outside help in winning wars and need others to teach them about democracy and freedom and how the NHS is such an evil entity, but still they did give the world The Spice Girls and Graham Norton!

That was not a very american comment to make, I suppose.
The year? That has happened every year so far in this century! However it will expire on 12-12-12. Then we can feign authenticity by ignoring the leading digit in the two digit redaction of the year. Wait, that means that 09-09-09 is a fake also, because it is really 09-09-2009! Ok, I get my coat!

Sounds good! I take it you are "down" somewhere? I am guessing FLorida because I think I read that in one of your messages, but my memory is not quite what it once was - and that is British understament at it's best!

Wow, really close! I live on Asburn Street in Herndon, and people are always confusing that with Ashburn, VA. I have been here 50 years next month which tells you I am now an old geezer.
Where were you from in the UK?

Did you know that the western most part of Virginia (by the KY/TN border) is west of Detroit? Check out the longitudes. You can win some bets in pubs ... er, bars with that information. How to hijack a topic in one easy step - by Nigel the Second.
Ok, you are now authorized to return that slug!
