Once again, organisations who have invested in ISO certification cannot use W7 unless they also spend a great deal of money updating all of their training and procedures documentation, because of a pointless purely cosmetic change, the sole purpose of which seems to be to provide amusement for some underemployed programmers. Remember when Windows was going to be a "standard" GUI? Apparently that means standard for everyone except Microsoft.
