As well as marking the extraordinary life of a Cappadocian merchant, Saint George’s Day is an opportunity to celebrate our country’s many achievements. Thank God for that, an Englishman who's not afraid to show his colours. Us lot across your western border always wonder why you lot over there never make much of a fuss about it.
