One more note Pete...To find the altitude of the plateau around your Binbrook, get the default Cessna and move it to Binbrook with "Goto Airfield". Now slew it up onto the plateau and set it down with slew OFF (F1 followed by Y).
Press Shft Z once to get the red print at the top of the screen and NOTE the altitude in the red print. Subtract 3.7 feet from that figure and the result is the altitude of the ground the Cessna is standing on...This is also the altitude you should set in the AFCAD to make an airport there. The airport taxiways will also flatten the ground to this same figure.
