Boeing were working on a hydrogen fuel cell high altitude long endurance UAV (http://www.spyflight.co.uk/boeing%20condor.htm) earlier in the decade, so this would be a logical next step I guess.

High Summer here and the max temp so far this year recorded was two days ago, 23.7C
