Ah,I forgot about the Tracker.And then of course there is the Avenger.I have wondered about buying the Avenger from MAAM although military a/c are not usually my preference.EricT

Eric, as regards the MAAM TBF, I eagerly await a native FSX version of it too. One of my favourite aviation memoirs is Flights of Passage by Samuel Hynes ( dreadful title, but a wonderful, even controversial book). He was a USMC Avenger pilot in WW2.

The Polikarpov I-153 looks similar to the Grumman F3F-2

Similar but not the same AD. In 'the flesh'.. the Polikarpov looks like it's run into something.. the fuse is incredibly short I was going to comment earlier that the F3F is so ugly, it could be Russian but you've done that for me

Yes.. it sounds as big as it is

On Grummans.. the F4F Wildcat sounds a little agricultural but is rather quite pleasing. It also shares the same main gear arrangement as the F3F.. with the gear down, you can see straight through the aircraft

That's it.. and much different again from the Hellcat or Bearcat and Tigercat, the Tiger having the same engine as the Bear but 2 of them
