Set myself a little challenege - London City in a 747SP.

No problem. B-)

Although I only had a very light Pax load and a thimble full of fuel, otherwise I would have ended up in the Royal Victoria Dock. :RN: :RN: :agree:

That historical landing at Rand in this very machine is what inspired me to try this. ;)

BA are using the A318 out of LCY to JFK with tech-stop at SNN, non-stop on the return.

Think that possibly E170 maybe even E190 are cleared there as well.

My friend Google just told me that as well - so another mystery solved & I can cut down on the medication!

38 seats in an A318, at least they will have plenty of legroom. Might not be as quick as Concorde, but departing from LCY will certainly work better for business travellers I imagine.

Hmm, have to see if there are any repaints available and replicate that particular flight - not sure that I'll go to the lengths of making a Gmax me looking up from Tulse Hill station though!! :cpu:

This is something KLM, Lufthansa and Swiss were already onto...they use highly luxuious Privit Air Boeing 737BBJ's and about that capacity.

BA were a bit slow to cotton on

I think the Lufthansa ones may have ended....at least I don't see them arount but KLM and Swiss are certainly about.
