Likewise, Jim and I didn't get royalties from Skysim and I'm not aware of who exactly owns the Skysim Sea Vixem & Hawk but would actually like to know that. If the Vixen is not actually owned anymore I would turn it over to the freeware world as I don't produce for FS9 any longer

Sorry for not checking in sooner, got dragged away for a couple of weeks there. Picked her up and have had a few flights off the Ark now, also grabed the Alpha/Virtavia Scimitar while I was at it.

Brian, I believe under the original agreement both you and Jim maintained the rights to your original source code. Skysim (Drilling Systems) could only ever hold the rights to the finished product (and also only the FS9 version). So from my understanding you are free to use the source code however you please.

There you go Brian the way is open for the FSX Sea Vixen :agree: With regard to the Skysim site it's a mess. There are still links to non-existing Team SDB scenery pages and we've been left for 2 years or more. Come on Drilling Systems get it sorted. 8)
