But furgone means "van" in Italian. Try googling Fiat furgone and see what you get.

Here's a whole load of Fiat 600 derivatives by Vignale, and Joe's one doesn't look exactly like any of them.

It looks more like a Spiaggia (beach) or even Marina with the wicker seats. I'd suspect that it's a customised Furgone not an original Fiat model.
But I'm no expert.
