Sadly she didn't survive for long after you flew her; according to the Radfan Hunters site she crashed on August 8th, sadly the pilot was killed.
Heavens!...I didn't know that...How very sad *-)

Just for info...I can have nine Two Seat Hunters all on screen at the same time, with no blurries. Just one without the modified DXT1 textures will blur all the scenery in my picture. Some machines absolutely insist that ALL DXT1 textures have mipmaps and that is what the mod consists off...Just convert any DXT1 texture in the aircraft that has NO mipmaps to one that DOES have mipmaps...That is all and the problem is fixed forever.

Trouble is that some people who do NOT have the problem are reluctant to believe that it exists and poo-poo the solution...I assure you that many people have the blurred scenery problem with Dave's Hunters and most of them just stop using them :agree:

Dave/Dave....SUCCESS :excited:

I have only had a chance to load one set so far,W/XE556, but no blurries :welldone: As soon as I change to one of the other s/n's..blurries :'(

Thanks a million guys, I will get the rest changed at the weekend, and once again enjoy the delights of what can only be described as a superbly modelled Hunter, and I fully agree with Peter people will just stop using the model in its present form and not all of us have the tech knowledge to do something about it, but changing the textures...well even a dimwit like me can do it 8)

Keep the good work up....cheers :guinn:

Geoff,
Really pleased that the amended textures worked for you. I was a little worried that they might only work on my machine but thought it was worth offering them to see if they could help anyone else. Very glad they did.
Also, many thanks to Dave Garwood for allowing them to be made available.
Regards,
Alan
