There seems to be a theme of flying Vickers aircraft low, it reminds me very much of the BA VC10 at Popham?

And her fuselage now being resurrected at Brooklands and open for display. Which was a nice surprise when I went up a couple of weeks back
I was living in Alton, close to Lasham, from about 79 to 88 and drank with a Dan Air mechanic who took me up there a couple of times. He never mentioned that low pass so it can't have happened
EDIT: I remember now, he was Glaswegian with false teeth and a penchant for scotch. As nobody could understand him anyway, he may well have mentioned it
