Yes! That's the best bit! Certainly on this forum.
I mean, I was trained as an engineer and another thing that really bugs me is designing things so that they don't work and then getting computers to sort it out.
Like these fighters that are basically not aerodynamic and rely on computers and little winglet things to keep them cleverly airborne. I mean what's that all about, eh? Compared to the innate beauty of a Hawker Hunter, for instance?
Although I'm sure the newer one is a much more effective killing machine

I can't decide whether I like it or not.
If it came into the airport, I'd certainly go and have a look, because its different from anything else you usually see.
No doubt it will attract attention wherever it goes and thats welcome publicity for the corporation.
I'm sure the PR gurus are loving the fact that it generates interest.

It's it like railway locomotives.
The modern machine is relatively clean and efficient, but what's exciting about a powered coach as some of these later ones were rather than the Flying Scotsman.
No doubt the latest Boeing's and Airbuses knock spots of our classics as money makers, we know because when our stuff reigned supreme we couldn't afford to travel
But compare the old days or unique branded airlines in their little niche markets with different types they operated giving an iconic image to the modern standard sort of branding with the same types on the same routes, well I said compare but you can't.
Going back on topic..(now there's a first

), I probably just don't get it, it's beyond my comprehension to see it in a way I like to see something of that type looking.
Nothing per see against it, but I won't be ordering a biz jet from Honda
I can be sure of that.

Ahh yes, the HondaJet. It's only been in the works for oh, about 15 years now...
BTW, the airplane first flew in 2003. It's been in very slow testing and pre-production since due to problems with both the structure of the airplane and the engines.
BTW, if you think the engine pods look odd from the front, look at them from the back -
Oh well, at least they're not Mitsubishi.
