I thought I'd revive this thread rather than start a new one. Gerry's wife and co-creator of Thunderbirds Sylvia Anderson has now passed away.

Absolutely. Saturday mornings without Thunderbirds would have been unthinkable. Not only that, but also Joe 90, Stingray, Captain Scarlet and a personal favourite Fireball XL5.
RIP, Sylvia. I hope you are now exploring the heavens with Gerry.

Puppet shows never really did it for me, apart from one.Bill and Ben, now there's class entertainment for you.Have a look on YT I'm sure you'll agree. :agree: EricT

I had left the UK by the time Thunderbirds aired but I definitely remember Bill and Ben, flower pot men. But I found that "Weed" was a really annoying character.
