I checked my source and it was 8 years old I didn't think we had the internet then! Anyway, Wiki reckons 4.6% with France at 7.5%. But bear in mind, Nev, that much of the other 92.5% are French!

France? It's your biz of course but of all the Eu countries you should maybe consider Romania, I hear that it recently emptied out its population. You could live like a king there.

I have met similar minded people who tell me that things will change for the better but I fear we are now in the minority here.
