Hi Kikas -
Yes - here are links to the file-sets for the Monarch and the Whitney Straight.
Monarch - http://www.sendspace.com/file/d6s59w

Whitney - http://www.sendspace.com/file/gby0c9

These builds are a bit old and are of course for FS9 - enjoy.
Cheers

Hi, J, Look at the bottom of the panel, just in front of the joystick, there's a P8 type, no directional version on the panel itself.

Hi DaveM,
Finally got to fly this one today.
Started with the fire warning light flashing, had to use the extinguisher, which was a bit disconcerting.
I see what they meant about the lack of power; easy to stall, difficult to recover. This increases my respect for those brave souls who flew the real thing.
Really like your animations, including the observer preparing for landing. Sound file very pleasing. Great work and many thanks!

The sound file is great isn't it Mike.. makes the whole package as is so often the case :tunes:

Haven't seen any fire warnings yet.. too busy trying to see where I'm going  Much nicer to goof on the outside and admire it ;)

Just reading these remarks jumps this one to the top of the queue of a/c awaiting entry into my FSX. There is a criteria and waiting list you see, and I am way behind schedule 8)

Mr. Keith, Sir....
You know the procedure....you unzip it, check the instal instructions, then you fly. Once the excitement subsides, you have time to think and read the fine print. I still haven't done that yet.

OK, I consider myself chided. :$

EDIT: Well, only a little bit chided, as I'd read the first screenfull of notes including the seat adjustment etc. The notes about generator switch and using the extinguisher were just off the bottom of the screen. Still, the outcome was the same; hit the extinguisher. Maybe next time I might even back off a tad with the throttle or prop. "Pedal to the metal" usually works for me.
Childish enthusiasm, must grow up.

That's the exact same procedure used at Booker Towers  If all else fails.. THEN you read the instructions ;)

Having looked for the eyepoint gauge this morning, I eventually found it straight in front of me

She's not a bad looker for an RN aircraft. Must see if I can find KGV now *-)
