I was monitoring this and when I checked this morning he hadn't showed up anywhere else, but by this afternoon, as you say, he was popping up all over the place, so he's gone now. I've also removed all the links to Wayland-design and PM'd other Chris to let him know that google reckons his site has been compromised. Thanks for all you help chaps.

A Google search reveals that he's the "latest member" on a great number of diverse sites. No, I didn't go to any of them.
