The fact the passengers felt inclined to "steal" the trolley says something about the passengers. Flying has become too cheap. A few years ago my hairdresser was an ex First Choice stewardess and she used to tell me about how badly the riff raff behaved flying to the typical sun, sea, sand and sangria destinations in the Med.

I survived two round trips with Ryanair but I wouldn't fly with them anymore, I'm too discerning now  I think O'Leary's business model has had its best times and they'll just get more desperate as they realise they are ever less competitive (especially in terms of service!!).

The main thing that puts me off Ryanair is that obnoxious git of a CEO. Get rid of him and I would think of trying them. Mind you I think the same of a certain ex BA CEO.

I will not fly with Ryanair under any circumstances whatsoever . Whether their method of operation is still a viable entity remains to be seen
