Found the onboard version filmed by the crew.
Not as spectacular.

Also looks like a T22 ingoing, (Chatham, Campbeltown or Cumberland).

Younger bro, as 2nd Engineer I think, was involved in one of these back in the late 1970s. They took the ship to somewhere on what used to be 'the sub-continent', adjusted the ballast and ran her full tilt onto the shore. Almost before she came to rest, swarms of little brown men in dhotis, turbans, and rubber flip-flops began slicing her up with oxy-torches. When they reached the water's edge, the ship was dragged further up, and so on. Meantime the crew were still in the accommodation at the stern, but when the oxy flames started coming through the bulkheads, they moved out, flew to Japan, and picked up a brand-new ship for a voyage to Sydney - where of course we had a couple of ales, just to mark the occasion
