Pleased as I am to have purchased almost all their models at knocked down prices, this spells the death-knell for my trust in them. That goes for DCS, too. If they can't be bothered supporting me as a customer, then I can't be bothered buying from them.

Und damit basta! To quote our German neighbours.
You're not the only one, I submitted my purchase info last week, got a reply my purchase record was going to be restored but I haven't seen anything yet. If nothing happens, I guess I will just wait for their next christmas sales LOL.

That's pretty poor customer service. I quite like Iris's models, but not the company itself. I have to think hard before buying from them. I got the A10 via FlightSimStore and had no trouble getting the updated pack. BTW, it's been updated again since to fix a few issues.

It would be nice if they did something akin to the fs pilot shop's new scheme, whereby if you buy an FTX product elsewhere, you can open an account, or have it added to your account at FSS for a nominal $1.95 admin charge, and get all your future updates from them.

A great idea - I hope it catches on with other developers or publishers, but I won't hold my breath.

I have submitted my info twice and have yet to receive a reply to either ticket.

IRIS said this on their Facebook, March 13:
"To our customers that are waiting on the store updates, please bear with us a little longer, the process of moving the old accounts over has taken a little longer than expected. We're actively working on a solution (until 3am this morning and over the last week, and back at it again today) to getting the migration options a lot more smoother."

Well that's just fine - if you have anything to do with Facebook!

I would have thought that a similar sort of notice on the actual website would be much more useful. Personally, I don't go anywhere near anything to do with Facebook, as I don't trust them one iota.
