more news today chaps. A version of Android is vulnerable 4.1.1 regardless of whether its on a phone, tablet, smart TV or whatever. Google have released a patch, but as there aren't many devices that google makes, it will be up to the OEM's to test and release the patch. Some models of Sony Experia, Nexus One and Hauwei phones cannot be patched. The major worry is "SMART" devices and tablets (cars even) that can't be easily patched. Also some 5000 - 6000 Apps are vulnerable, regardless of whether the OS is patched or not.
