IRL Concorde often taxyed out overweight as the fuel burn on the gound was so high it would shorten the range.

By the time it got to line up it was within limits...can you factor that in here??

Sadly mate.. FSA doesn't account for that. You take fuel at the gate and it will only allow you to take up to MTOW. If you want more, you have to do so at the expense of either pax or cargo. You could in theory, start up the sim.. load her up.. taxi out and then start FSA Flight Tracker to take on fuel but FSA will show what was in the aircraft and what is in now. It all gets too complicated and in the end, defeats the object so you're as well fuelling up as soon as you open the client and going with that :) 'As Real as its not'!

Hello,

It'll be Tuesday or Thursday when I fly it but I'll make sure I do it with plenty of notes on the flight plan so we can see how it works.

No rush mate. It's loaded in the FSA database even though it's not showing in ours yet. You should be ok with the times ;)

Flew the outbound leg this morning,
Brakes off T4 08:48 95200 Kg fuel
Airborne 27L 08:53 94000
Landed 09 (flew the IAP) 13:01 15500
Parked 13:05 15200.

I like the Barbados run because it is one of the few routes where she will (sometimes) reach FL600 (only made 580 today) and there is a short period where you fly through the "twilight zone" where if an engine fails the aircraft is going in the sea, it can't reach land.

Not fair on the cabin crew though having to deal with Cilla Black, it is documented in many places that she is a nightmare.

Ha
As long as it works I'll leave adysmith to fly the return. Was it the Concorde X you fly by the way?
I'll use Weds night to get some more hours in on the VA's 737-200. I know my place! :worried:
