My first 'real' annoyance with it was when I had TrackIR4. Trying to grab a control or flick a switch with the cockpit moving around was almost impossible

No.. I don't think it's realistic either. It
could be if you were a passenger but not as the bloke in control. Like driving a car or riding a bike.. for every control change you make, you know you're making it and your body moves with or counters any change in dynamic forces automatically

Just been doing a check on 'g' levels on approach to Jersey & Guernsey using the Falcon Six at 160 mph, about 2500 ft & get 'g' variations +0.5 to + 1.5 g - yes heavy bumpy, but not severe I would have thought. Never had a 'g' meter in the Proctor or Tigers & Austers when I flew for real, but the FSX effect is not what I would say is bad. The turbulence though does not seem to need any correction though - one just leaves it to do its thing without touching the joystick - not like that in real life.
Interesting though.
