I like that night time shot. It looks like they've been caught in some headlights, though I'm sure headlights weren't allowed to be that bright during the war. Lovely Lancaster model too.

Now I'm completely over-awed! Took another peek at your website....
I speak, of course about the huge size of your local zoo.
I see they have two Lancasters in their aviary.
And Ted,
I'm continually drawn back to study your work. It is truly creative and so well executed.

that's Hammerton zoo near Peterborough - not too far from where I now live near Cambridge.
unfortunately, it's just the one Lanc - just happened to pass over while I was there.
