Nigel , welcome back ,'cos that dreaded lurgy sounds bad .
I'll pass this on for what it's worth . Yonks ago had similar problems with a buffet , Eastern style ! Months later when recovered got info from the wife and another crew [ who'd been a chef ] NEVER eat rice from a buffet , or reheated . Only eat freshly cooked rice , as otherwise it's a major bad bug carrier ..

Many thanks for your kind comments, really great to be back amongst the fold after so long, could not get down to the library earlier as even though being retired there are countless tasks need doing especially now that the leaves are falling from the trees, thinking of attaching my leave sucker upper to me mobility scooter, should get it all done in half the time!!
Nearly got all of my FSX back onto the computer, just the free add-on ORBX airports mainly in America to load and then into some serious flying. Just being able to taxi around Heathrow is a plus as that was a no go area for me as went down to 8-10 fps, now with settings all the way up I am getting 15 - 25fps at Heathrow but I am just using Orbx England Wales and Scotland as well as Global as they came with no add-ons whatsoever, just have to say though I managed to download the night lighting update when at my sons house and it is very good so if anyone has Orbs installed I would recommend getting it (freebie).
Only have about an hour and a bit left (2 hours max allowed) so going off to catch up on your news.
Again, many thanks for replies.
Kind regards
Nigel.
