Hi Garry. :hello: I'm not sure how many are out now, but from what I understand all new 800's will be delivered from Boeing with the new winglets. :) And before anyone says "It's just a matter of time before someone clips one of those new-fangled winglets"...a friend told me recently that it's already happened. At least it wasn't a Southwest vehicle that did it.

Ah OK...that's probably why they have two...thet're carrying a spare

Makes sense to add the new winglets. They are designed and ready and supposedly have advantages so why not put them on like they retro fitted some older 737 with the NG units.

Glad Southwest kept those colours in the new scheme. They are so bright and bold, but not over the top. Good strong basic colours...looks warm and sunny B-)

The new livery looks even better on our 700's, imho. :)

Oh, speaking of spares, *-)

Brian, I have some luminaires that are probably just right for the model.
I have some 500,000 candlepower, which would probably be a better fit for scale sake,
or these 5 million candlepower if they want to go for- showmanship. Image

just drop me a line when the ticcie is at the counter...
