Ditto.

All levity aside though, accessing the forums while the site was down has corrupted some of my browsers' login details. I have three devices with which I browse the net. Only the OSX & Safari combination automatically logged me in when the site had come back up. Under Win7ProSP1 & IE11, I wasn't logged in automatically, but when I typed my userid the password came up and the login was fine from there. However, under iOS8 & Safari there was no automatic login and entering my userid didn't bring up my password. When I typed what I thought was my password, Safari said that it didn't match the stored value - while it may be that I typed the wrong value, I suspect that Safari had lost the previous value but still remembered that it had stored a value before ...

Expletive, expletive computers ...

Hi chaps,

Apologies for not popping up earlier. I'm still looking for an explanation from webfusion as to how the data was lost. I haven't been able to restore the backup since they have reconfigured it. I've been told the outage affected all customers on our node and it also seems that leading up to it the backups hadn't been working, hence why we've lost data. Sincere apologies.
