I could confuse 'em further by trying to describe the B.C. accent, however I have noticed these past 10 years since I've been living back here that it is dying out to be replaced by a generic mid west American accent. Even worse the local populace are more and more adopting American spellings. My grandkids I discovered today say Zee instead of Zed and spell color instead of colour.
