Yes Robbie, except that not many actually bring stuff in to sell, they're members to get the bulk prices.
I've heard of shark fin soup, but....Flipper pies! :-O There's something to tell folks!
I hope you don't cut the flippers off and throw the rest back like they do with sharks

Joe, hope you didn't have nightmares after that! :worried:

I like your line of thinking there, Eric. ;)
Nothing gets wasted Mike, although I have to admit I really don't like seal meat, tastes too fishy for my liking so I stick with moose and cod, I do smoke my own mackerel which gets shared around the village, up here everyone either gives or swaps, it's rare to have to pay money for anything.

Robbie.

Do they still use in in old rotary's? (Not rotisseries!)

Castrol R Keith ? Maybe that's the stuff I had to add to the petrol in my Vespa Scooter - a very necessary addition.
Cheers

Hi Keith,
A well-loved aroma!
Apparently still available; this from their Australian site:
Castrol R 30

Contains specially selected additives to prevent rapid deterioration through oxidation.

Application

Castrol R 30 is are recommended for competition applications only.
It is a “one meeting” only lubricant, with fresh oil to be used at the commencement of each meeting and drained at completion.
Castrol R30 is not recommended for normal road use.

I remember one Christmas at my sister's place; BBQ going outside, and my brother and I said simultaneously "Castrol R!" It was olive oil dripping onto the burning charcoal.

I have been known to put a drop of olive oil in the motor mower fuel tank to try to replicate the smell.
I also bring back memories of visits to London Airport by burning a bit of kerosene, which reminds me of the jet exhaust.
Simple things for simple minds. :stupid:

Robbie, Thanks for that, I thought yours would be a real co-op!
