Hi, Paul,
OK, in a weak moment before bed last night, I d/l the 4gigs.
Looked this morning, but couldn't keep up with the wall-to-wall blazing ships, and that was only while the game loaded.
Yes, the graphics look good, including below-surface view of aircraft submerging when going in the drink.
Is there a training area, where you can puddle about shooting baked bean cans, to get the hang of it, or must we dive in to full battle mode immediately?

Right, I've signed in, and see that there are basic training videos.
I've watched 2, forgotten everything they said, and will watch them again with a notepad handy.
I think that there's going to be too much flame for my liking.
I also see that they're planning a world of air war.

the ships have ample life rafts, I hope

Mike, one of the battle selections is against bots and is considered a training area. I can't remember which one but generally speaking if you survive more than 5 minutes then you'll be against the bots.

Joe, plenty of life rafts but you don't get a chance to use them.
