I was impressed with Simone Giles, that 4'8" bundle of bounce.
She mopped up the competition.
That aside, her life story, of her parents ditching her leaving her and her sister in a foster home... She didn't let her circumstances hold her back, and got on with life.
Bravo
Where as a couple of US swimmers took gold in
