The 484's are converted London Underground D78 stock ( class D, year of manufacture 1978). Ex District Line.

I don't think any of those cameras are working at present, can't see any rain falling. :dunno: :hide:
Actually, the windsock is moving a bit, but the reflections off the water don't move. *-) Ah! maybe the sea is frozen?

I've found the rail cam at Crewe to be entertaining. The chat can be enjoyable, too. :)

Tried the IOW camera again, saw a hovercraft go and return.
Had a chat to others looking in, jolly fun.
Thanks for the links, Nigel & Brian. ;)

Just "wasted" half an hour watching trains on my PC. Beats the heck out of standing on cold platforms as I did in my youth, so much more civilised.

Thank you for posting the link - its a keeper for me.

I put it on while I was working this evening, I'm in California so while its mid-afternoon here its after midnight when I started watching. Left it on in the background on a different monitor as background music. Was on for about an hour before I turned it off, probably saw 4 trains, amazed the number of people watching it, meaning anyone at all. Will try it again when there is a bit more activity.
