Many thanks chaps and apologies for the late response. Off the grid in last few days. I wanted to go somewhere warm and dry (not the airing cupboard) and we ended up in Derbyshire where it was cold and wet.

One thing of interest to folks here... we were in Chatsworth House on the first floor and heard the unmistakable, and getting louder, sound of a Chinook. Looked up nothing. And was slightly surprised to be looking down at the Chinook as it did a rapid West to East transit within 100m or so to the South of the house. It turns out this is a regular RAF thing and can be quite startling, depending on what's doing the flyby. Bargain. Two shows for the price of one!
