The weights are the ones used by US airlines for the "average" passenger. The "person" is actually the person and 1 carry-on, hence the 82kg number (80kg passenger plus a 2kg carry-on). In imperial units, that's a 175-pound person and a 5-pound carry-on, which is what the FAA specifies as the weight & balance units to be used. For the paggage it's 25kg or 55lbs, again, what the FAA specifies for a "average" passenger.

As for the fix, the only fix will be when the MZFW is calculated. Konny has this high on his "to-do" list as was mentioned earlier.
